What we build

Equipment and software, built to grow with you.

Build your system as you grow — start with what solves today's bottleneck, add to it as your operation scales.

From floor plan to spare part

We stay with the equipment for its whole life.

Layout consultation, installation, maintenance programs, and genuine parts — for every model we sell, from the drawing to the tenth year of production.

01

Consultation

Where the machine goes decides what it produces.

Before anything is bolted to the floor, we walk your plant with you: product flow, operator movement, sanitation clearances, utilities, and safe egress. The right machine in the wrong place creates a new bottleneck — and a new hazard. We would rather solve that on the drawing than on the concrete.

02

Installation

Installed, commissioned, and handed over running.

Rigging, positioning, utility hookup, start-up, and validation for every model in our catalog. Your operators and sanitation team are trained before we leave, so the machine belongs to your people from day one.

03

Preventive

Maintenance before it costs you a shift.

Scheduled PM programs built around your actual run hours, not a generic calendar. Inspections, lubrication, wear-part replacement, and calibration — documented on every visit. Downtime becomes something you plan, not something you discover at 4 a.m.

04

Corrective

When a line goes down, you have a number to call.

Corrective maintenance with a defined response: remote diagnostics first, on-site when the fix needs hands. Every failure gets a root cause on paper, so the same problem does not come back next quarter.

05

Parts

Genuine parts for the models we sell.

Direct factory supply for wear items and critical spares — plus a recommended stock list per machine, so the parts most likely to fail are already on your shelf instead of on a boat.

The work, in practice

One supplier for the layout, the equipment, the installation, and the program that keeps it all running.

The operational drag

Your team should not have to work around its software.

Most growing businesses run operations across spreadsheets, paper logs, and group chats—then add an expensive subscription that becomes one more thing to manage.

A team huddled around stacks of paperwork and screens, trying to reconcile numbers by hand.
01

Inventory, work orders, or vendors live in three places that do not talk.

02

You pay monthly for a platform that covers only half the process.

03

Nobody fully trusts the numbers because every team has a different version.

04

Your team keeps asking whether there is a simpler way to work.

The situation

Three brands. Multiple systems not interacting with each other.

AfterOne connected operations platformBuilt around the company's existing process

We built a management and operations portal for a multi-brand food manufacturer that grows as you grow—bringing manual tracking into one focused system.

Why custom

Your business is not a software template.

A focused custom system grows with your operation instead of forcing your operation to bend around somebody else's product roadmap.

01

Pay for what you need. Not a recurring bundle full of unused features.

02

Own the system. No vendor lock-in or surprise price increases.

03

Work with the builder. The person who listens is the person who builds.

Software

Built around how your floor already runs.

Work orders, inventory, traceability, and maintenance in one platform — configured to your process, not the other way around.

A real conversation, not a generic pitch

Tell us what is slowing your team down.

We'll sit down with you—over Teams or in person—and tell you honestly whether custom equipment, software, or both are the right fix.
